Join us for an
Active Meditation with Sound Integration.
We will experience the active Dynamic meditation curated by OSHO.

What to expect:
Active meditation with sound integration combines movement, sound, and mindfulness to help individuals achieve a state of inner balance and awareness. This practice often involves dynamic activities such as dancing, shaking, or other expressive movements, followed by periods of stillness and silence. Sound integration can include various forms of music, chanting, or natural sounds, which serve to enhance the meditative experience by helping to release tension and promote relaxation. The combination of active movement and sound allows for the release of pent-up energy and emotions, creating a pathway to deeper inner stillness and self-awareness. This method supports a holistic approach to meditation, where the body and mind are both engaged in the process of finding harmony and peace.

If you want to live a more fulfilled life, first you will want to know your potential, who you really are. Meditation is the route to that knowing. It is the methodology of the science of awareness.
Many of the traditional meditative techniques require one to sit still in order to be silent.
OSHO Active Meditations have been scientifically designed by Osho, over a long period of experimentation. They enable us to consciously express, experience, and release repressed feelings and emotions and to bring the body back to a relaxed harmony – and then the journey inwards can begin.
"By meditation I mean silence, awareness, witnessing."
