Brittni Svanberg

Brittni has been immersed in yoga since childhood, including the practices of asana, meditation, chanting, service and self-study. She has been teaching since completing her 200-hour training with Mandala Yoga Center in 2020. Her studies continued through her 300-hour teacher training with Maui Yoga Shala, Trauma Informed Yoga for Youth, Synergy of Sound training, and most recently, the Anusara Bridge Program.

In Brittni’s classes, you can expect chanting, pranayama, invigorating alignment-based asana, meditation and restorative postures. Her slow-flow style invites you to find the pause, to truly come into the present moment, and to dive deep into your inner world. With gratitude to her teachers, it’s her great joy and honor to share the practices of yoga with her community.

A deeply restorative guided experience enhanced with the healing vibrations of harmonic crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments.

You’ll be guided into a suggested restorative posture followed by a journey of conscious relaxation.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” involves an easeful letting go of tension through different layers our being, called koshas. We allow the body to rest deeply while the mind stays awake and aware. The soothing vibrations of singing bowls suspends us in this state. As we connect with our innermost nature, we may release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and rejuvenate and uplift mind and body, leaving you refreshed, grounded and centered.

This experience is ideal for anyone looking to find calm and clarity.
