Kids Yoga - 6 Week Semester, 1 class/wk, ages 6-9

This fun and engaging kids yoga class teaches children to restore themselves after a busy day at school through mindful breathing, yoga sequences and stretching. Yoga games, partner pose challenges and music will tap into their creativity energy and add a burst of positivity to their week!
 
No prior yoga experience needed!
