Katie Ippolito
Katie first discovered yoga as a compliment to her career as a professional dancer. Katie then established herself as a barre, HIIT and strength instructor for Equinox for the past 7 years and began her own fitness community, Mindful Moves, in Brooklyn. Studying yoga under Krissy Jones at SkyTing and Anton Brandt at The Sacred Fig, Katie was able to develop a deeper devotional practice and inspiration to share yoga beyond her own mat. Katie’s class combines inward focus, creative expression, physical strength, and a sense of play, rooted in lineages of Vinyasa, Katonah, and Hatha Yoga.
