In-Person Classes:

In-Person Classes:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
• Some props are available for loan at the studio. Please enquire.

Streaming - Virtual Classes: 

Virtual Class reservations: 

• A Zoom link email will be sent about 20 minutes before the class starts. (make sure to check your junk email)

Please be prepared with these props for Virtual Classes: 

• 1 Mat - 2 Blocks - 2 Blankets - 1 Strap (Or similar household items)
